I say this a lot because I know how true it is. My family never drinks alcohol at any function, so you could say it was easier for me.

Of all my friends and colleagues, the ones who cut down on alcohol are always the happiest and most determined.

  5. Great tips, especially about sobriety. I always tell my people, if you want to be happy, stay away from alcohol. Alcohol is a known depressant, which causes you to feel depressed. If you want to be happy, stay away from depressants.
